I’m Katinka Riemann, an actress and trainer for body language and communication. Since 2012 I have run the Galli Theater Erfurt. In 2005 I founded Festival of Friends e.V., which still carries intercultural projects today.
For me, theatre is a means of communication, not entertainment. In my workshops, coaching sessions and seminars I invite you to reflect on roles, understand body language and try out new ways of expressing yourself.
Ways I work with you
In one-to-one coaching, in a group or with a team: I work with theatre, body language and communication so that development becomes something you experience.
1:1 Coaching
In a personal setting we work with focus on presence, expression, changing roles, body language and whatever is moving you right now in how you come across and how you develop.
Trainings and workshops
Group formats create a lively space for shared experience, play and reflection. With fixed dates or as an open format.
Teams & organisations
I come to companies, schools, nurseries and organisations with trainings, workshops and team formats. The focus is on communication, expression and working together.
Theatre retreat in Morocco
I also work internationally. In March 2026, Barbara Remus and I led a theatre retreat in Marrakesh: five days of workshops, one and a half hours each morning and evening, a shared dinner and a day trip to the Ourika Valley with the Anima Garden.
It was not about performance, but about feeling, experiencing and growing. With or without stage experience.

I also perform on stage myself.
For me, theatre is not only a working method but lived practice. What I experience on stage flows into my workshops, coaching and retreats. And the other way round.
You can see me at the Galli Theater Erfurt, among others in Männerschlussverkauf, Froschsalat, Eva und Lilith and Die Fluchtpappe. Some plays can also be booked for events, groups and special evenings.
With all my formats, I'm happy to come to your organisation.
